About the Conference
The 8th International Conference: Mycology, Mycotoxicology, and Mycoses is an international scientific meeting dedicated to advancing knowledge on fungi and their significance for human, animal, and environmental health.
Established as a multidisciplinary forum, 23 years ago, the conference brings together researchers, clinicians, microbiologists, mycologists, food scientists, veterinarians, pharmacologists, toxicologists, biotechnologists and industry representatives to exchange the latest scientific achievements, discuss emerging challenges, and develop new international collaborations.
The conference addresses fungi from multiple perspectives - from biodiversity, ecology and taxonomy, through biotechnology and natural bioactive compounds, to fungal toxins, food safety, and medical mycology - reflecting the modern One Health concept.
Our mission is to connect basic and applied research, stimulate interdisciplinary cooperation and facilitate the translation of scientific discoveries into practical solutions for healthcare, agriculture, food safety and environmental sustainability.
